Terms of Purchase and Usage Rights

All content created by Alex Storey remains the sole property of Alex Storey as it pertains to copyright and ownership.

Clients upon purchase of content become license holders with usage rights and powers of distribution designed for each specific transaction.

No client can profit from the sale or exhibition of any work produced by Alex Storey.

All packages include a 25% deposit that will be taken off of final payment.

The deposit is refundable in full 10 or more days before the agreed shoot date but non-refundable if cancelation occurs under 10 days from the shoot date.

Package and pricing is to be agreed upon before the shoot date. No adjustment may occur after shooting has occurred unless additional photos or footage is available for purchase.
