Terms of Purchase and Usage Rights

All content created by Alex Storey remains the sole property of Alex Storey as it pertains to copyright and ownership.

Clients, upon purchase of content, become license holders with usage rights and powers of distribution designed for each specific transaction.

No client can profit from the sale or exhibition of any work produced by Alex Storey.

All packages include a 25% deposit that will be taken off of the final payment.

The deposit is refundable in full 10 or more days before the agreed shoot date but non-refundable if cancelation occurs under 10 days from the shoot date.

Package and pricing is to be agreed upon before the shoot date. No adjustment may occur after shooting has occurred unless additional photos or footage is available for purchase.

It is the responsibility of the client to obtain consent from all participating individuals to have their photo taken or image recorded, with an understanding of the future use of the images.

All participating individuals agree that images featuring themselves can be used by Alex Storey for public exhibition, online marketing and sold as prints.

The contract in which these terms are agreed comes into effect on the date in which the nature of the work and date of work between Alex Storey and the client is agreed.

Invoices are to be paid within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise specified between Alex Storey and the client.
